STUNNING! This is an exquisite antique Limoges dragon handled tankard with hand painted grapes and foliage painted all the way around it! It is so much prettier than my pictures captured!
The detail and array of colors are masterfully painted by the artist.
The dragon handle is what makes this piece collectible and rare.The top edge is gilded. The gilding shows only light normal age wear.
The Pouyat Limoges Mark 7 dates 1891 to 1932.
