Item Description: JUST FABULOUS! This is an exquisite antique Limoges porcelain lemonade pitcher (also referred to as a cider pitcher) with hand painted blackberries, white blossoms and foliage painted all the way around it! There is delicate raised enameling added to the berries and blossoms, that make the artistic detail "PoOP" into life.The detail is fabulously painted by the artist, S.Martin",as signed on the side near the handle, in 1902, as signed on the bottom.
These are both wrttien in red...curiously there are the intials, "B.S.B." on the bottom in gold...this could have been a gift to this person.
The top edge is heavily gilded. The gilding shows some light normal age wear.

The Pouyat Limoges Mark 7 dates 1891 to 1932 (consistant with the artist's date).

Size: 5" tall x 8" handle to opposite edge.

Condition: Excellent Original. No chips or cracks.
