Item Description: GORGEOUS!!!! This is a hand painted antique W.G. and Co. Limoges porcelain handled candy tray with beautiful BLACKBERRIES & BLOSSOMS. It exquisitely hand painted.

This is one of my personal favorite molds!
It has a beautiful finial with a flower on it and raised floral detail at either end of the Victorian dish's mold.
The edges are gilded and the gilding is fully intact.
It is marked with the William Guerin mark which dates it 1891 to 1932.
Mary Gaston's "Collector's Encyclopedia of Limoges" values these trays at $275.00 to $325.00 in the year 2000,(pg 142&143).

Condition: Excellent original, No chips or cracks.
As part of the original painting, it appears that there is wear on the right side near the edge, however, it is just where the paint drifted downwards on the raised relief areas of the original mold. It does not detract, I mention it for accuracy.
