Item Description: This is a fabulous antique Limoges porcelain plate with Victorian roses in various stages of bloom!
It is signed on the front by one of the very few famous Limoges factory approved artist's "Manet".
The edge is scalloped and heavily gilded. The gilding shows only very light wear.
It is double marked (more valuable) with the Coronet Limoges France (Borgfeldt mark 1) and with the P.M. De Mavaleix Mark 1.
These date this piece 1908 to 1914.
