Item Description: GORGEOUS!!!! This is a RARE antique W.G. and Co. Limoges porcelain hand painted handled candy tray with beautiful pink cabbage roses and forget-me-nots. It is signed by the artist "E.Boak" on the back. The background colors are soft blue and pink. There is raised enameling added to the forget-me-nots for added artistic dimension.
This is one of my personal favorite molds! It has a beautiful hand painted gilded finial with a flower on it and raised floral detail at either end of the Victorian dish's mold. The edges are gilded and the gilding is 995 intact. It is marked with the William Guerin mark which dates it 1891 to 1932. Mary Gaston's "Collector's Encyclopedia of Limoges" valued these trays at $275.00 to $325.00 (pg 142&143), in the year 2000.

Condition: EXCELLENT, the seating base has a tiny nip. Otherwise, no chips or cracks.
